  1. What is CoC?
    The Mobius Café of Choice is a rewards club between mobius.ph and internet cafes in the South East Asian Region.
  2. Who can join CoC?
    All internet cafés in the SEA can actually join the partnership/rewards program.
  3. How do I become a member?
    All you have to do is register.  Any café can register either on-line or through a mobius Area Representative.  A cafe can become one of four class types: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Member. 
  4. Is CoC membership free?
    YES! Definitely, in fact you can even earn rewards with this partnership program.

  6. Will CoC make my business grow? What's in it for me?
    CoC allows your café to earn rewards geared towards building the Mobius community within your café. Building a strong community of players within your café has 2 main effects: first, the players enjoy their experience and play longer and second, they become more loyal to your café. As the community grows, so does your business.

  8. How will I earn CoC points?
    1. MU – you earn points per hour a player plays in your cafe
  9. How often is ranking updated?
    Café ranking is updated every 24 hour
  10. How often are the CoC points updated?
    Every 3 hours
  11. How will I earn rewards?
    Your CoC points can be used to purchase reward items when you log in to your CoC account.
  12. What are the kind of rewards available for redemption?
    Rewards range from in-game items to gadgets to dsl connection etc
  13. How do I keep track of my points? My rank?
    Upon log in, Your Accounts page will indicate your current points and rank.
  14. What if a mu player plays less than an hour? Will I get the corresponding fraction of the points per hour?
    The CoC points system only tracks MU game time that are at least 30 minutes in length.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS:

  1. Why do you need to get my IP address?
    Mobius has IP logs of every player that logs in to play our games. We need your Café IP to match these logs and identify where our players are playing. Player game time and top-up is now the basis for our rewards system.
  2. How do I ensure my icafe accumulates points despite dynamic IP addresses?
    You can ensure that your café accumulates your points by simply logging in to our CoC member website and click on the "update" button. This is done every time your internet server or router is reset.
  3. Why do I have to update daily?
    Generally, cafés restart their internet server or routers daily. Your IP will change every time your server or router resets. Since the CoC points are saved, every 3-6-9-12 o'clock, it is best to update your IP right after these times.
